Where do you deliver to?

We deliver our gifts to anywhere in PRC China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan).

Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Shanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Xinjiang.

AUD$18 flat-rate shipping to China. No hidden costs. No minimum order spend.

Flowers
FREE delivery on all flowers to China.

How long does delivery take?

Gift Boxes
International shipping to China is 15 business days. All orders are dispatched within 3 working days from Melbourne, Australia.

Flowers
All flowers are hand crafted by local artisan florists in China. Order online by 9pm (AEDT) for next-day delivery, 7 days a week.

Unsure of your recipient’s delivery details?

Simply add ‘Send me QR Code‘ in the Gift Notes section upon checkout.

You’ll then receive an email from us, with a personalised QR code, that you can forward to your recipient through WeChat or SMS.

Once your recipient has scanned the QR code and filled in their delivery details, you will receive a notification along with the tracking number of your gift. That’s it!

What is your return policy?

Due to the individual nature of our gifts, we cannot accept returns on items under any circumstances.

Should items not arrive in the expected condition, please contact us.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded before they have been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, we can no longer offer any cancellations.
