Where do you deliver in China?
We deliver to over 700 cities across China, including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and many more. Our delivery service also covers remote and rural areas, ensuring your gifts reach your loved ones wherever they are.
Which provinces in China do you deliver to?
Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei Province, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Hainan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, and Xinjiang.

Can I send a gift to someone in China from overseas?
Absolutely! We serve customers globally, including North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. Simply select your items, enter the recipient’s address and phone number at checkout, and pay securely with credit card or PayPal.
Can you deliver to Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan?
Certainly! We can deliver gifts to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Delivery times may vary, so please contact us for specific details.
Do you deliver to schools and universities in China?
Yes (and we often do too!) Please ensure a Chinese phone number is provided at checkout. This helps us coordinate delivery effectively, as schools and universities typically have restricted public access.
Will the recipient know they’re receiving a gift?
No, recipients won’t be notified about the gift, its contents, or who sent it. We may contact them solely to coordinate delivery, especially for addresses with restricted public access.
Can I include a personalised message to my order?
Yes, you can add a personalised message during checkout. Be sure to include the recipient’s name and who the gift is from in your message!
Can I request an item not listed on your website?
Certainly! Simply email or message us on WhatsApp with a picture of the item and your preferred delivery date, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Which currencies do you accept for payment?
We accept payments in AUD (Australian Dollar), CAD (Canadian Dollar), CNY (Chinese Yuan), EUR (Euro), GBP (British Pound), NZD (New Zealand Dollar), SGD (Singapore Dollar), and USD (US Dollar).
What currency is displayed on your website?
Prices are displayed in your local currency if you’re shopping from Australia, Canada, China, Europe, the UK, New Zealand, Singapore, or the United States. For other regions, prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) by default.
Shipping costs and minimums, if applicable, will be converted to your currency during checkout.
Desktop users can change currencies conveniently using the selector on the right side of the website.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes, PayPal and major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) are accepted for secure payments.
Can you help verify the delivery address in China?
Rest assured, we meticulously verify every delivery address for accuracy before shipping your order.
What’s your return policy?
If there’s an issue or you’re not entirely happy, you can return your item/s within 7 days of receiving them. Please note, refunds are not available for change of mind. For more details, visit our Returns & Refunds.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please do so before it has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations.

What are the delivery options for gifts?
Standard Delivery: Usually 5 business days, or arrives on the date you choose
Express Delivery: Typically 3-4 business days
Please note, orders with wine may have longer delivery times due to air shipping restrictions. Deliveries to remote and rural areas may also take an extra day.
How much does delivery cost for gifts?
Standard Delivery over $120: Free
Standard Delivery under $120: $15 AUD
Express Delivery: $20 AUD
Please note, shipping costs and minimums are in Australian Dollars (AUD). During checkout, these prices will convert to your local currency based on the current exchange rate.
Can I schedule a gift delivery for a future date?
Absolutely! During checkout, you can schedule a gift delivery for any date up to 1 year in advance.

If your recipient isn’t available during delivery, we’ll typically leave a delivery notification and make arrangements for re-delivery or leave the gift in a secure location at the recipient’s address.
How will I know when the gift is delivered?
You will receive an email notification once the gift has been delivered.
Do you provide tracking for gift orders?
You will receive a tracking link 1-2 days before the estimated time of arrival (ETA) to monitor your gift’s delivery progress.

Yes, you can combine gifts and flowers in your order. However, please note that the shipping timeframe will follow the standard gift delivery timeframe, which is 5-7 days (or 3-4 days for express delivery)

Next Day Delivery: Arrives the next day
Same Day Delivery: Arrives on the same day between 6 – 8pm, if ordered before 2pm local time in China.

Same Day Delivery: $25 AUD
