Returns & Refunds
At Rén Gifts, we want you to be happy with your order. If you are not entirely satisfied with a gift item/s and need to return it, we’re here to help.
If you’re not entirely satisfied or there is an issue with your order, you can return your item/s within 7 days of receiving it. Simply call +61 3 9015 4211 or email us to request a return.
Please note we do not provide returns for change of mind.
Item/s must be in the original condition.
Packaging must be in original condition.
Once your refund has been processed, the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item/s returned, excluding delivery costs associated with the order.
If you paid by debit or credit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your gift recipient received an incorrect item, or it was damaged in transit, please call +61 3 9015 4211 or email us right away, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
